“Showing up” as a phrasal verb is an informal term for surpassing something else; “showing off” would be more appropriate for the description.
Lady, Ix, and Rocky are Riot Radio. Gage and Desoto aren’t. The latter are showing off their own thing, and in the process, showing up Riot Radio, who do not have a “visual show”.
Ah, okay. I must not be paying much attention lately, because I thought this was the team of Riot Radio showing off their equipment.
